From the Winners tab, choose a prize tier, set the number of winners, configure how many alternates for each prize, and optionally filter by date range. Revup randomly draws from eligible participants using cryptographically verifiable randomness. Winners immediately appear in the table with "Winner" status, and you can notify, announce, or bulk-manage them from there.

Revup's auto-generated official rules are populated directly from your promotion settings — sponsor name, prize descriptions, ARV values, eligibility requirements, entry period, and alternate entry method. While Revup provides a solid legal template, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws in your jurisdiction, and sweepstakes with high-value prizes or complex structures may still benefit from legal review.

When someone starts filling out your sweepstakes form but doesn't submit it, Revup detects and logs the abandonment. If they provided an email before leaving, they're classified as "Contactable" and can receive a follow-up prompt to resume. If no contact info was captured, they're "Anonymous." You see all of this in the Abandoned Submissions dashboard inside Reporting, broken down into Total, Contactable, Anonymous, Recovered, and Recovered via Email.

Yes — Revup supports auto-translation into 36 languages including Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), and more. Translations are applied automatically to the participant-facing form, post-entry page, and official rules. You can also review and edit any translation before publishing and you'll receive alerts if any translations become out of sync and need to be reviewed.

On the entry form, you can award bonus entries for completing specific fields. After submission, participants see a post-entry page with actions for additional entries — follow on Instagram, share on TikTok, subscribe on YouTube, refer friends, watch a video, and more. Each action has a configurable entry value. Referrals use a unique link per participant; when someone enters through it, bonus entries are awarded automatically. You can also enable a public leaderboard ranked by total entries or referrals.

Revup offers multiple fraud prevention levels: Strict, Medium, Low, and Custom. These user-facing controls include IP limits, filtering, and CAPTCHA challenges. You can also restrict entry by country, set minimum age requirements, and limit to specific U.S. states. Additional backend protections run automatically, and entries flagged as invalid are excluded from winner draws.

Revup offers several embed types: Widget (inline iframe), Landing Page (full-page hosted by Revup), and a Popup (triggered overlay). Each generates a snippet you paste into your site. You can also set a custom URL slug for branded links (e.g., revup.com/win-macbook-pro), download a QR code, and configure Open Graph tags for link previews when sharing on social media.
